Capitol City Family Health Center (CCFHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Chief Executive Officer.  The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing the executive leadership and direction necessary to fulfill the mission of the organization which is to provide quality, compassionate and confidential health care services.  The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating and controlling the day to day operation of the health center.   The ideal Chief Executive Officer should possess initiative and compassion, superb communication and interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of sound management and fiscal practices, good judgment and should be a proven leader.    

Minimum Qualifications:  A master’s degree in a field relevant to health care and a minimum of seven (7)  years of successful experience in executive management positions, including five (5) years in health care administration (FQHC preferred).  Additional years of experience in health care management may be substituted for the master’s degree on a year for year basis.    

Compensation: Actual salary will be decided based on the experience of the selected candidate. Benefits include company supported health, life, dental and short term disability insurance; retirement plan; paid holidays; generous vacation and personal leave.
